Our Story
Family First Therapy was established in 2024 in the Hawkesbury region in response to the limited availability of Occupational Therapy services for local children, adolescents, and young adults. Our purpose is to provide accessible, high-quality, and professional OT support within the community.
We are committed to placing each individual and their family at the centre of therapy, ensuring their unique needs, strengths, and goals guide every step of the process. Our practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, aligned with current best practice, and focused on meaningful, practical outcomes.
