Assessments
At Family First Therapy, we provide comprehensive Occupational Therapy services including functional capacity, developmental, and clinical assessments, along with detailed reports to support funding and intervention planning. We also offer individual OT sessions and parent consultations to support skill development, independence, and participation across home, school, and community settings.

Parent/Carer Consultation Sessions
We offer collaborative sessions to support parents and carers with practical strategies tailored to their child’s needs. These sessions focus on understanding behaviours, supporting emotional regulation, building routines, and implementing OT strategies at home and in everyday environments. Guidance is personalised, solution-focused, and designed to help you feel confident supporting your child’s development.
